Everyone has to have housing of some form or shape, and during times of market instability REIT stocks hold their value very well.
In the current market turmoil, where the Dow Jones Industrial Average looses almost 1000 points every day, REIT stocks should be a safer, less volatile investment, which should be considered by every investor.
